Returns Policy

At Arts & Gifts, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and religious reasons, used items (including tasbih, prayer items, or personal-use products) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
Personal-use Islamic items
Digital products
Sale or discounted items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Return Process

Email us atislamicartandgifts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
