Refund policy

Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us by email before sending the item back.
Please note:
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, please contact us by email and we will do our best to assist, subject to stock availability.
