Dispatch Time

Dispatch does not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Most orders are sent using a 48-hour tracked service.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available at checkout.
Orders must be placed before the stated cut-off time to qualify.
This service applies to working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on non-working days will be dispatched the next working day.
While this is a priority service, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays.
Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always assist in tracking your order where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
